This stainless steel Condensor is used at installations where it is not permitted or possible to vent the brew kettle steam to the outside via a steam vent stack. It is designed specifically for 2-4 barrels Dome Top Brew Kettles and features:
- A candy cane shape that eliminates the steam vent by condensing the steam to water and draining to the floor.
- Condenser pipe
- 3 Tri Clamp adapters with 1/4-in. NPT Female threads with clamps
This Condenser works with the following brew kettle:
- 145 Gallon Brew Kettle with Dome Top for Electric Heating
Eliminate the steam vent by condensing the steam to water and draining to the floor. 'Candy Cane' shaped 6" pipe attaches to the steam port. 2 to 3 water jets create negative pressure in the kettle and cool steam into water.
Please note that you will need to purchase these items from other suppliers:
- (2) or (3) 90 degree spray nozzles (Mcmaster-Carr P/N 3405K37)
- (2) or (3) tubing adapters (McMaster P/N 7880T125)
- 1/4" OD infeed tubing
NOTE: This condenser will NOT FIT ON FLAT TOP KETTLES. For flat top brew kettles, use our condenser for 2-4BBL FLAT TOP Brew Kettles.
