Condensate Stacks
Use a condensate stack with your brew kettle when you have the ability to vent to the outside of your building. Condensate stacks help control steam venting by keeping steam from condensing and dripping back into your brew kettle. This allows steam vapors to vent out and any condensing to drain safely to the floor drain.
NOTE: If you are NOT able to vent outside of your building use a brew kettle steam condenser.
