This sanitary sampling “Pigtail” tube allows for easy sampling from your brite tank conical fermenter under pressure conditions. Compared to barbed sample valves, pigtail sample valves reduce the amount of CO2 and add restriction, which keeps carbonation in solution, allowing you to get a sample that is much closer to how it would pour from a tap handle (if kegged right at that point).
